Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on kv77:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for every payment method).

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

kv77 will only return funds to the bank account or mobile wallet from which the deposit was made. Deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus or promotional offer from kv77:

Welcome Bonus

200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

Example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount only).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Completing the wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus funds is mandatory.

Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — wagering must be completed within the specified time.

kv77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. If bonus terms are abused or an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, the account will be cancelled and deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

kv77 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.

Using computer software, bots, or automated tools to play.

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Closure & Suspension

kv77 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
